This page provides representations of Lipedema, a chronic medical condition primarily affecting women. Images of how the disease can manifest in different areas of the body help to provide a clearer understanding of Lipedema's visual presentation.
It's important to remember that visible symptoms are only one part of diagnosis. This condition often presents with pain/discomfort, tenderness, and feelings of heaviness in the affected areas, which cannot be fully captured in images. There is currently a belief that Lipedema presents in stages.
